4.Conduct various measurements such as LEI, Surf Scan, XRD, etc., to control and adjust the growth conditions and quality of epitaxial wafers.

5.Assist in training employees for the above activities.

Qualifications

1、Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, materials, physics, or related fields.

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth process. Monitor, test, and measure during the process to control and adjust the growth conditions and quality of epitaxial wafers.

2.Support the development of new products by developing complete process flows and generating epitaxial growth procedures for research and trial production.

3.Work closely with the process/quality control/maintenance team to identify the root causes of process yield issues.

4.Optimize growth conditions for existing products to continuously improve their quality and repeatability.

5.Maintain good documentation records and comply with quality standards.

Qualifications

1. Possess a Master's degree or higher in relevant fields such as microelectronics, materials, physics, and wafer fabrication processes.

3.Proficient in epitaxial process flows, particularly with considerable experience in tracking and controlling product yield.
